Your device must meet the following minimum requirements to run the Android application
System Requirements
- Android 6.0 or higher
- Android 8.0 or higher is required to send USSD Pull requests
- At least 2 GB of RAM for a smooth experience (lower RAM devices may work with degraded performance)
- At least 200 MB of free storage space for the app and its data
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) when logging in to verify license
- A SIM card installed in the device to send and receive messages or USSD Pull requests
Required App Permissions
- SMS: Required to send and receive SMS messages
- Phone: Required to use different SIMs on dual SIM devices and to send USSD Pull requests
- Storage (Optional): Required to save exported files to the device
- Camera (Optional): Required to scan QR codes
- Call Log (Optional): Required to sync call logs to the web app
- Location (Optional): Required to enable Sync Signal Strength in custom apps for SIM signal display. Not essential for core app functionality
